Rates and Services

Rental price of the Inn includes the use of the living room, sunroom, dining room and kitchen. Contact us to book your event for $75.00 for a 4-hour time slot.

Ask about special pricing for multiple booked dates for classes or club meetings and special pricing for weekday events.

Use of dishes silverware, glassware coffee pot, crock pot, gas grill, nesco roaster, chafing dish, punch bowl, glass platters and all other kitchen items is an additional $25.00

We require a $50.00 cleaning deposit. This will be returned when you leave the Inn looking as it was when first rented.

We are not a licensed kitchen so we cannot provide you with any food service. Contact your favorite caterers or you can bring in your own home cooked meal to heat and serve. Any beverages you wish to serve at your event will be your responsibility as well.

Your event may require china, crystal, sliver, tables, linens etc. that most rental companies carry and we would be happy to take care of any rental needs you may have for your event for a small fee.

If you are in need of servers for your event we can help you out with that as well.
